In 2012/2013 while working for Loopin – a lifestyle app startup based in Bangkok – I directed a team of designers and developers to re-develop the existing app and web portal to industry standards. Several aspects of the platform which made it over-complex were non-negotiable, so we had to work extra hard to boil the interface down into something manageable and straight-forward.

From countless wireframes to rendered workspaces, I directed our small team through rapid iteration-and-test cycles to finesse the usability and reach our redevelopment target within 6 months.
